Come to La Cantine in Paris at 2 p.m. on 21 July for a hackathon Reporters Without Borders has been combating censorship and defending bloggers and netizens for years. In 2010, we launched the first Anti-Censorship Shelter in Paris for journalists, bloggers and dissidents who are refugees in France or just passing through, as a place where they can communicate and surf anonymously.
