In recent hours, 11 employees from Consorcio Casanare Avanzada (a company contracted by Oleoducto Bicentenario) were handed over by members of the Frente Domingo Laín unit of the National Liberation Army (Ejército de Liberación Nacional / ELN) to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), representatives of the Catholic Church and the ombudsman.
