More efforts needed to fully implement Mine-Ban Treaty

On the occasion of the 11th meeting of States parties to the Convention on the Prohibition of Anti-personnel Mines, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) noted the Convention's many achievements but reminded the States Parties of their obligation to ensure full and efficient implementation of the treaty.
