What's this house doing on the National Mall?

It’s affectionately called America’s front yard - The National Mall in Washington, DC. Along the grassy expanse are museums, monuments, and parks. But you’ll also come across a curious little house. What is it and who lived there? VOA’s Steve Miller has the story.
