Taliban Attack on Afghan Government Compound Kills 12

Afghan officials say a Taliban attack on a government compound in the country's east has killed at least 12 people and wounded at least 80 others. Police say the assailants set off two huge truck bombs early Thursday outside the office of Afghanistan's spy agency in Ghazni province, shattering glass that caused many of the casualties.
