Lebanon Blast Kills 4

Lebanese officials say a car bomb has exploded in a Shiite town in the country's north, killing at least four people. Saturday's blast hit near a gas station and a school run by a charity group in the town of Hermel. Reports say at least 14 people were wounded in the bombing.
