Obama Signs Government Spending Bill

U.S. President Barack Obama has signed into law a $1.1 trillion budget bill that funds the federal government through September 30, when the current fiscal year ends.President Obama Friday told budget office employees present for the signing that the bill means the government should operate without, hopefully, too many glitches over the next year.
