Erin Patterson has lost her appeal against her 2025 convictions on three counts of murder and one count of attempted murder. She will now spend the rest of her life in prison, after the Victorian Court of Appeal also upheld a prosecution appeal and removed the 33-year non-parole period set by the trial judge.
