Conflits, déplacements et crises économiques successives fragilisent les conditions de vie au Myanmar. Selon un rapport des Nations Unies, plus de 37 millions de personnes, soit 68 % de la population, vivent dans la pauvreté ou risquent d'y basculer. Leur capacité à faire face à de nouveaux chocs s'en trouve fortement réduite.
