Au moins 85 civils ont été tués et 346 blessés depuis lundi dans des frappes russes, selon l’ONU. Après le bombardement meurtrier d’un immeuble résidentiel à Pryluky, mercredi, deux autobus ont été touchés jeudi à Kramatorsk. Les attaques contre les infrastructures électriques aggravent la situation à l’approche de l’hiver.
