  • Les emballages plastiques représentent plus de 40 % de nos déchets plastiques au niveau mondial. Pour mettre un terme à la pollution plastique et décarboner l’économie, il va falloir apprendre à s’en passer.

  • Leur remplacement par des alternatives biosourcées et biodégradables se heurte toutefois à plusieurs freins d’ordre scientifique et technique. Les alternatives ne présentant pas, pour l’heure, toutes les propriétés requises.
