L’ESSENTIEL

  • L’explosion en cours du nombre de satellites vient s’ajouter à la pollution lumineuse que nous émettons depuis la surface de la Terre et menace la noirceur du ciel nocturne.

  • Si la pollution lumineuse sur Terre peut être encadrée, et l’est d’ailleurs plutôt bien en France, la pollution lumineuse venant de l’espace est bien plus difficile à réguler. Les juristes sont à pied d’œuvre.
