  • La France est-elle vraiment bloquée devant à un « mur d’investissements » en matière d’adaptation au changement climatique, comme l’affirmait, fin juin 2026, la ministre de la transition écologique Monique Barbut ?

  • Cette déclaration doit être forcément nuancée : le montant de la facture dépendra avant tout des arbitrages que nous réaliserons, tant aux niveaux national que local.

  • Tant que ceux-ci ne seront pas débattus publiquement, parler du coût de l’adaptation…La Conversation
