Un haut responsable onusien a décrit, mardi, une « expérience véritablement terrifiante » après le passage du cyclone Mocha, qui s’est abattu dimanche entre Sittwe, capitale de l’État Rakhine, et Cox’s Bazar au Bangladesh voisin, avec des vents soufflant jusqu’à 195 km/h.
