Alors que le mois sacré du Ramadan approche, les parties belligérantes au Yémen doivent s'appuyer sur un calme relatif dans tout le pays et sur la trêve d'avril 2022 - qui tient largement, malgré son expiration officielle en octobre - pour négocier un cessez-le-feu national et répondre aux besoins humanitaires urgents, ont déclaré mercredi de hauts responsables de l'ONU au Conseil de sécurité.
