César Berigue Delma, plus connu sous son nom de scène Delma T1, est un jeune artiste urbain dominicain d'origine haïtienne. Guidé par sa volonté d'exceller malgré les obstacles constants qu'il a subis en raison de son origine, il a fait de la musique un moteur de revendication contre la discrimination dont sont victimes les migrants haïtiens et leurs descendants en République dominicaine.
