Soixante ans après le vol inaugural de Spoutnik, plusieurs États, dont les États-Unis et la France, se sont dotés d’une « armée de l’espace » : l’espace est-il sur le point d’entrer en guerre ? Les humains vont-ils transporter dans les étoiles les conflits qu’ils mènent sur Terre ? La question est d’autant plus actuelle que, dans le même temps, les entrepreneurs du NewSpace expriment des velléités d’exploiter les ressources de l’espace et mettent ainsi en défaut les principes du droit de l’espace, en particulier ceux de non-appropriation et de libre accès.
