Prior to joining Human Rights Watch, Ximena worked for Planned Parenthood Global as the Associate Director for Regional Advocacy Strategy where she managed the Latin American Regional Advocacy and Policy projects and was the region’s specialist on international jurisprudence on reproductive rights.
