New DC Libraries Become Community Hubs

For the past 10 years, local authorities in Washington, D.C. have been renovating public libraries, hoping to create community hubs in spaces where people once went only to read books. VOA's Luliia Larmolenko recently visited one of DC's new innovative libraries. Faith Lapidus narrates her report.
