US Senate Votes to Repeal Teacher Training Law

The U.S. Senate has voted to repeal an Obama-era education regulation that governs teacher training and evaluation. On Wednesday, the senate voted 59-40 in favor of rescinding the rule, which comes as part of the Every Student Succeeds Act, a successor to the No Child Left Behind law.
