Creative Program Helps People with Memory Problems

A U.S. theater artist who created a program to help adults with memory problems has won a grant to expand her efforts. TimeSlips encourages people with memory issues, such as Alzheimer's disease, to look at random pictures and come up with stories based on what they see. It’s an effective method of helping patients improve their memory without the use of drugs. VOA’s Julie Taboh explains.
