Central African Republic Rebuilds National Army

The new year may see a turning point for the Central African Republic after more than three years of conflict and instability. The first company of a new national army has completed its training and is expected to be operational in January. Military trainers from the European Union expect to train as many as 2,000 new soldiers over the next two years. Zack Baddorf was there in Bangui as the first troops graduated and he has this report for VOA.
