Buses Ready for Evacuations, But No Certainty for Aleppo

Buses and ambulances were ready to evacuate people from the last remaining rebel-held areas of Aleppo, Syria, Thursday, but for the second day in a row there was uncertainty about whether the plan would proceed as agreed.
