Regular Refueling of Satellites Unlikely Soon

If a satellite suffers a mechanical or electronic failure or runs out of fuel, it is abandoned because no space agency has the capability to service satellites in orbit. Scientists at the West Virginia University Robotic Technology Center are trying to solve part of that problem. VOA's George Putic reports.
