African Diaspora Seeks Greater Opportunities From Next US President

Africans are among the most rapidly growing immigrant populations in the United States. As they become more integrated into the social fabric of the country, their participation in U.S. politics becomes more important to achieving their goals. In Tuesday's presidential election and local races across the country, their votes could determine the future of U.S. policy on economic and racial justice, and impact the fate of other immigrants who seek the American Dream.
