Recruiting App Tackles Unconscious Bias in Hiring

In the U.S., federal law prohibits employers from discriminating against job applicants based on factors such as race, sex and age. Still, unconscious biases can unintentionally affect hiring. Using an app, one young woman decided to test the theory of equal opportunity employment. Tina Trinh reports.
