Germany Tries Teenage Girl Accused of Stabbing Policeman on IS Orders

A teenage German-Moroccan girl went on trial in Germany on Thursday accused of stabbing a policeman on the orders of Islamic State (IS) militants, and her lawyer argued that she lacked the capacity to know she was doing wrong.
