Death Toll From Hurricane Matthew Continues to Grow in Caribbean

Flooding from Hurricane Matthew remained a threat Tuesday in parts of the eastern United States, while the death toll continues to grow in the Caribbean. Haiti, the country hardest hit, observed the last of its three official days of mourning Tuesday. Official death tolls there have varied widely, from around 400 to over 1,000.
