Wheelchair Gives New Meaning to Standing Tall

There are many challenges to getting around in a wheelchair - physical barriers like bumpy roads and uneven surfaces... and psychological ones, from having to interact with the world from a seated position. Now, a stand up wheelchair has been developed for use outside. UpnRide can travel on sidewalks and streets that are not level without tipping over. VOA’s Deborah Block reports.
