Tropical Storm Newton Forms off Mexico's Pacific coast

The National Hurricane Center says Tropical Storm Newton has formed off Mexico's Pacific coast and is headed toward Baja California.   Newton is centered about 425 miles (680 kilometers) southeast of Cabo San Lucas early Monday morning.
