Top Aide to N. Korean Leader Killed in Car Crash, Pyongyang Says

A top aide to North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has died in a car crash, North Korean state media said. The KCNA news agency said Kim Yang Gon, 73, head of Pyongyang's United Front Department — the unit that manages North Korea's ties with South Korea — died early Tuesday. The report did not provide details.
