Chinese Authorities Investigate China Telecom

The head of one of China's largest telecommunications companies is under investigation on suspicion of corruption. A posting on the website of the ruling party's Central Commission for Discipline Inspection said Chang Ziaobing, chair of China Telecom, was being investigated for "severely disciplinary violations".
