US, Italy Host Libya Meeting on Unity Government Plan

Representatives of 17 countries, plus the United Nations, European Union, African Union and Arab League have sat down for talks on a proposed peace agreement for Libya. The talks in Rome Sunday are being chaired by U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry and Italian Foreign Minister Paolo Gentiloni. Officials also plan to meet with members of Libya’s rival factions.
