Belgium Police Surround Building Where Hostage Being Held

Police in Belgium's city of Ghent have surrounded an apartment building where four armed men are believed to have taken a hostage. An official said Monday there is no indication the incident is linked to terrorism, the Islamic State group or what is happening in Sydney. “For the time being we have no indication that there is a link to terrorism,” a spokeswoman for state prosecutors told Reuters.
