Commission to Study Inequality in Missouri City Where Teen Was Shot

The governor of Missouri on Tuesday announced the formation of a commission to study the "underlying social and economic conditions" that resulted in riots after an unarmed black teenager  was shot dead by a white police officer in the city of Ferguson last August.
