Brazilians Re-elect Dilma Rousseff as President

Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff has been re-elected to a second term to lead the world's fifth-most populous nation. With 98 percent of the vote counted, Rousseff won 51.5 percent of the ballots over her opponent, center-right senator Aecio Neves. The vote is widely seen as an endorsement of Rousseff's Workers' Party, which has held the presidency since 2003.
