Le Secrétaire général de l'ONU, Ban Ki-moon, a nommé lundi Ian Martin du Royaume Uni au poste de Représentant spécial pour la Libye et chef de la Mission d'appui des Nations Unies en Libye (MANUL). Georg Charpentier, de Finlande, a été nommé au poste de Représentant spécial adjoint pour la Libye et de Coordonnateur résident par intérim.
