South Africa: experts discuss children in war, prosecution of war crimes

The ICRC and South Africa's Department of International Relations and Cooperation are preparing to host a regional seminar on issues relating to international humanitarian law. The event, which will take place in Pretoria from 23 to 26 August, will bring together 28 representatives from 15 countries across Africa.
