QUÉBEC, le 8 fév. /CNW Telbec/ - Le premier ministre du Québec, Jean Charest, a annoncé jeudi 8 février la création de la Commission de consultation sur les pratiques d'accommodements reliées aux différences culturelles. La dite commission sera coprésidée par l'historien et sociologue Gérard Bouchard,et l'auteur et philosophe Charles Taylor. «Aujourd'hui, nous nous donnons les moyens, comme société, d'avoir un dialogue réfléchi et respectueux», a déclaré le premier ministre.
