Author Victor Teboul, Editor of the online magazine Tolerance.ca, will be speaking at the Arab World Festival of Montreal, on November 4, 2011, at 7.30. p.m. at Librairie Paulines, 2653, rue Masson, in Montreal. He will give a lecture on Irony and self-criticism in a pluralistic world and will present his new novel, ''Bienvenue chez Monsieur B. ! '' published by L'Harmattan, in Paris.
