Azerbaijan: Court Defies European Court Instruction to Free Journalist

(New York) - The Azerbaijan Supreme Court has refused to abide by a binding European Court of Human Rights judgment to release a wrongfully imprisoned, outspoken journalist, Human Rights Watch said today.
