A deux mois de la Conférence sur le changement climatique de Cancun, au Mexique, la Secrétaire exécutive de la Convention-cadre des Nations Unies sur les changements climatiques (CCNUCC), Christiana Figueres, a appelé les gouvernements à accélérer la recherche d'un accord global sur le changement climatique, à l'occasion d'une rencontre préparatoire qui a débuté lundi à Tianjin, en Chine.
