Suite aux inondations sans précédent qui touchent le Pakistan depuis une dizaine de jours, le Fonds central d'intervention pour les urgences humanitaires de l'ONU (CERF) va lancer mercredi matin un appel de fonds « de plusieurs millions de dollars » afin de répondre d'urgence à la crise humanitaire, a indiqué la porte-parole du Bureau de la coordination des affaires humanitaires (OCHA), Elysabeth Byrs.
