Le Secrétaire général de l'ONU, Ban Ki-moon, a annoncé lundi la création d'un Groupe de haut niveau sur la viabilité de l'environnement mondial qui devra proposer d'ici la fin de l'année 2011 des propositions pour « sortir les populations de la pauvreté tout en respectant et en préservant les systèmes naturels et le climat ».
