Yemen authorities accused of complicity in tribal extrajudicial execution

Monday 2 August 2010 'Ali 'Abdullah Muhsin al-Rajhi was accused of murder but instead of being arrested and tried by the authorities, he was handed over to the victim's family and summarily killed.
