Le Secrétaire général de l'ONU, Ban Ki-moon, a appelé vendredi au calme, après de nouvelles violences meurtrières dans la ville d'Osh, dans le sud du Kirghizistan. En avril, le pays a déjà été le théâtre d'un soulèvement populaire qui a déposé le Président Kurmanbek Bakiyev.
