En 2009, les activités du CICR en Bolivie ont consisté à soutenir techniquement les programmes humanitaires tels que visites de lieux de détention et promotion du droit international humanitaire (DIH). Quatre équipes d’intervention d’urgence de la Croix-Rouge bolivienne ont en outre été formées et équipées.
