Le Secrétaire général de l'ONU, Ban Ki-moon, qui est arrivé vendredi à Santiago, la capitale chilienne, a annoncé l'octroi de 10 millions de dollars par l'ONU pour répondre aux besoins humanitaires après le séisme de magnitude 8,8 qui a frappé le Chili le 27 février.
