Afghanistan: mines prevent resumption of normal life in Marjah

Geneva (ICRC) – While active fighting has ended in the Marjah area of Helmand province, improvised mines and other explosive devices are preventing a return to normal life and will continue to put lives at risk, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) warned today.
