Dans la guerre actuelle, les infrastructures énergétiques sont désormais des cibles directes, et la fermeture du détroit d’Ormuz est devenue un instrument de dissuasion. Ce conflit révèle une nouvelle ère de conflictualité où les hydrocarbures ne sont plus seulement un enjeu mais un vecteur de guerre, dans un contexte de multipolarisation où les États-Unis ne peuvent plus seuls garantir la stabilité régionale. La crise accélère une recomposition globale des dépendances énergétiques, poussant l’Asie à diversifier ses fournisseurs, l’Europe à accélérer sa transition, et offrant à la Russie…La Conversation
